Ideal For: Couples who want water, sky and space without a downtown crowd
Whitby's shoreline runs from Iroquois Beach Park, across from Port Whitby Harbour, east to the beach at Kiwanis Heydenshore Park, with the Waterfront Trail linking them along the lake. You get long sandy stretches, marina masts, a breakwater and an open lake horizon, and you get them without the crowd that comes with Toronto's own waterfront. It's the quiet version of a big-water session.

Getting There
The waterfront sits at the south end of Whitby on Lake Ontario, about an hour east of downtown Toronto by car and a short ride from Whitby GO. There is free parking at the shoreline parks and the marina. Your photographer will pick the stretch of shore that suits your session and share a meeting point once you're booked.
