these in studio Baby sessions are perfect for little ones from 6 months to 1 year+ to capture those milestones that go by way too fast! The gummy little smiles and chubby fingers and toes, and their sweet smiles that light up their face. I love capturing these precious months as we know babies grow quick. I have a studio full of beautiful props to style the session, keeping things simple and timeless to showcase your baby and their personality. I have a selection of outfits and accessories that fit 6-12 month and some beyond that.

Love love love capturing gorgeous portraits of our beautiful pets. I offer in studio portraits, great for kittens or other small animals. Well behaved dogs are definitely welcome as well. For the dogs though, I love capturing them having fun out in nature. I am happy to meet at one of our many beautiful off leash beaches or dog parks, or alternatively join on a small hike. Humans are welcome to step in for some pictures together too for all outdoor sessions!

Being pregnant is such an exciting time! Whether it’s your first or your second or third, each little kick or movement is a reminder of the sweet baby about to be welcomed into your family! The journey into motherhood is something to be celebrated. All the incredible ways your body changes and grows. Capturing that beautiful glowing belly, and all the amazing curves is a powerful way to always remember that time when your baby was inside. Showing the connection between you and your partner, or the excitement on a big sibling to be’s face, it’s a time worth documenting. If you are booking a maternity session with a newborn session, there is a discounted rate for the maternity session. (the maternity session would be $250,) the discount ($135) will be applied to the newborn session.

A family session is all about connection. Those genuine candid smiles and laughs. Not your typical stand beside each other stiff and smile, those pictures show what a person look like. My goal is to create images that make you feel! That when you look at them years down the road you smile because you are taken back to that moment when your children were just little, and you remember the sound of their laugh or the way they looked at you. These sessions are fun and relaxed. I'm happy to suggest some great locations depending on the setting you'd like (field, beach, forest, mountain etc.) and I am available within the greater Victoria area. Ideally to be shot during golden hour, the hour before sunset.

It can be an overwhelming time as a new parent, but when you arrive at my studio, it’s your time to relax while I work my magic. Having worked with hundreds of newborns, as well as teaching other photographers the art of newborn posing, I pride myself in newborn safety and skillfully posing your sweet baby. I am a mom of three myself! I also have a great collection of props, bonnets, and headbands to style your session with, a mix of beautiful rustic props, and soft textures to showcase your baby. There is never a session that I am not in awe in the miracle of new life. The newborn stage changes oh so quickly, and can be gone before you know it.. in a matter of days. Let me capture that tiny face of your newest family member, just as they are, brand new. The Newborn Mini Session, is up to 1.5 - 2 hours long and includes just solo shots of baby, both in props and posed on the beanbag. The result is 20 images, delivered via an online secure gallery. The Newborn Full Session is 2-3 hours long and includes solo shots of baby both in props and posed on the beanbag, family and sibling poses, and detail close ups (sweet lashes, lips, toes etc.) This session is all inclusive and results in 35+ images
