In five focused hours, we’ll cover the complete story of your celebration: Getting Ready or First Look: Meaningful moments as you prepare, or the unforgettable reaction of your first look. Your Ceremony: Every vow, smile, and heartfelt glance preserved. Portraits, Made Effortless: All your essential family groups and romantic couple portraits—done joyfully and efficiently in about 30 minutes. Reception Highlights: Your grand entrance, heartfelt toasts, first dances, and the beginning of the celebration. The flexibility you want: Should you decide you’d like more reception coverage or extra breathing room in the schedule, additional hours are available at $500/hour. 1. Our Connection First, we'll connect by phone or over coffee. This is a chance for you to share your vision, and for us both to feel confident we're the perfect fit. To secure your date, a $1,000 retainer and a signed agreement are required. 2. Planning Support In the months and weeks leading up to your day, I'm your partner in planning. You can email me anytime, I’m here to answer questions, help craft a seamless timeline, and offer trusted vendor recommendations. 3. Your Wedding Day Experience On the day, my approach blends seamlessly into your celebration. I’ll capture the authentic, candid moments of your ceremony and the joy of your reception. When it’s time for portraits, I’ll guide your family and wedding party groups efficiently, so we can focus on creating beautiful, relaxed photos of the two of you, whether at your venue or a nearby favorite spot. Afterward, I'll fade into the background so you can be fully present with your guests, knowing the storytelling continues. 4. After Your Wedding Following your celebration, I carefully curate and artistically edit your gallery. You’ll receive your complete collection of high-resolution images (typically 300+ photos for this package) in a beautiful, private online gallery.
